We have taken into account their standing as golf resorts and the range of leisure and business facilities offered on-site, their proximity to major cities and tourist attractions and, most importantly, their status as the top courses within England. Our selection of Links, Heath and Parkland courses includes those with a history going back hundreds of years to newly established resorts which are beginning to challenge for the top spot.
