4th Fairway at Brockett Hall
Brocket Hall
Location
Brocket Hall is just 22 miles from the centre of London and is without doubt one of the finest golf and conference venues in England. The estates hall which was built in 1760 overlooks 2 championship courses, The Melbourne and The Palmerston, set in 543 acres of lush parkland.
The Melbourne course designed by Peter Alliss and Clive Clark is an enjoyable challenge and follows the natural contours of the magnificent parkland, which crosses the river Lees on several occasions. Golfers are ferried across the broadwater to complete the stunning 18th hole.
The Palmerston by contrast is a Par 73 course designed by Donald Steel and winds its way through mature woodland with 300 year old beach trees creating one of the most interesting hazards you will find on any course.
‘Nearest the Pin’, ‘Longest Drive’, and putting competitions can be arranged for you, which, together with refreshments at the on course Halfway Houses, and drinks supplied on course via a drinks buddy, makes Brocket Hall the perfect corporate golf venue.
