The Palmer & Smurfit Clubhouses have state-of-the-art conferencing facilities, all housed in elegantly furnished light rooms, catering for 30 to 300 delegates. The largest of these is the Legacy suite overlooking the 18th green. There are 3 magnificent restaurants to choose from: The Byerley Turk offering a sumptuous French menu with a unique Irish twist; Legends offering a select menu of European cuisine and The Monza Restaurant offering Italian and Irish fayre. All three restaurants pride themselves on offering the finest cuisine in Ireland.To work off any the excesses there are plenty of activities to choose from, including fishing on the famous Liffey, coarse fishing, clay pigeon shooting, horse riding and a full gymnasium. If you prefer to relax, the K spa offers a 16 metre pool, Jacuzzi, hairdressing salon, herbal garden, Yoga and Pilates studio, ladies’ and gents’ sauna and steam rooms, and an outdoor hot tub and a juice bar.
