USA

We are currently in the process of selecting the top 36 courses in America.  Our intention is to eventually offer our corporate and leisure customers’ golf breaks, golf days at these resorts.  To assist us in compiling our list we would welcome your recommendations for resorts, which, in your view meet the following criteria. The golf resort needs to be welcoming to both the leisure and corporate golfer, offering the highest standards of accommodation, catering, conference and leisure facilities.

The resort needs to be centrally located, within 1 hour’s travel of a major city and have good transport links.

The resort must have that WOW factor! Has it staged a US tour event?  Does it have a rich golf history?  Or is it a newly established resort looking to break into the domain of the world’s top 20 courses.

To give you an idea of the standard we are trying to maintain, the following courses are amongst those currently being considered:

Pine Valley, Cypress Point, Shinnecock Hills, Pebble Beach, Oakmount, Merion (East), Sand Hills, Seminole, Pinehurst No.2, Pacific Dune, Oakhills (South), Prairie Dunes, Medinah, Olympic Club (Lake), Oak Hill (East), Whistling Straits, Chicago, Baltusrol (Lower), Shadow Creek, Bandon Dunes, Riviera, Winged Foot (East), Kiawah Island & Spyglass Hills to name a few.

If you represent any of the above resorts or feel that your particular resort warrants inclusion we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you and discuss how we can best present your resort to the Golfelite audience.
