How to book
Hopefully our website pages will have helped you to chose your golf resort and you have decided when you would like to stage your event and how many people you would like to attend. You may, nonetheless, still have some questions. If so, we are here to help so just give us a call or e-mail us.
Then, once you are happy with your choices simply give us a few details, such as company name (if applicable), chosen resort, dates, numbers etc. We will then contact you to discuss your requirements in more detail. A detailed quotation will be prepared and sent to you within 2-5 working days depending on the size of your request. Your quote will be broken down into three categories: Green fees, accommodation and other items such as travel, tours and activities.
In order to book your accommodation we will require a 10% deposit to secure your rooms. The balance will be required in full six weeks prior to commencement of your stay.
Payment for all other items such as green fees, travel, city tours and additional activities will be required in full when you book so that we can secure the price, book each activity and guarantee your tee off times.
You will receive confirmation once payment is received, followed by a detailed breakdown of the booking and any when future balances are required.
