Planning your day
Planning and organising is what we do best. Knowing your exact requirements will help us to organise the perfect day, so if you are unsure at this point as to what format your day or event should take, here are a few questions that might help you to decide:
- Are your clients close to your chosen venue?
- Are you intending to play 18 or 27 holes on the day or 2 rounds and staying overnight?
- Do you wish us to arrange breakfast, lunch or dinner for your guests?
- Do you require prizes, trophies or momentoes of the day?
- Would you like evening entertainment?
- Is your event purely for golfers or will non-golfers also be attending? If so what can we organise for them?
There are many ways to organise a golf day with a variety of formats and catering for golfers wishing to play 9, 18, 27, or 36 holes. Clients should leave invigorated, not exhausted so planning more than 27 holes should ideally involve an overnight stay.
Clients can be greeted at your registration desk with tea, coffee, and perhaps bacon rolls before they tee off. We can also organise a breakfast, light lunch, afternoon tea, and anything from a presentation dinner to a glitzy gala affair once the golf has finished.
The non-golfer has a vast array of activities both on and off site, from spa days, horse riding, clay pigeon shooting, 4 wheel driving, fishing, game shooting, sightseeing and shopping tours can all be arranged. If you are looking to incorporate company presentation, product launch, sales conference, board meeting or training into your day, then we can organise everything for you.
In short we will carry out and co-ordinate your requirements in full, allowing you to focus solely on your guests and your key objectives for the day.
We look forward to your enquiry.
